soo, i was thinking other ways to get more players to play cs2d, but sadly, none turned out. nothing worked. the total of players per day counts to 40-80. any ideas how to gather more players? cs2d had been a great game and i wish to revive it once more so any ideas would be appreciated.

Always here if you want to start your own site or CS2D server. CS2D is great as it is now but not popular as it was before. Anyone is free at contributing for CS2D such as hosting servers, advertising this game like posting interesting videos about CS2D in YouTube and so on.
You can also tell your friends or relatives to take a try at this game. The list would go on. If you could dig the forum you'll see plenty of topics which discuss the same thing, you should check out. I'd build a giant wall around everybody who plays cs2d. Admin/mod comment

I only play CS:2D from time to time, with a group of pro's for fun whenever im on the computer. But besides that, if i want to play a game, it be on the Playstation. @

The answer for the question: Why cs2d is not growing as much as in 2009? The main reason is because evyerone who played in 2009 is now and adult like me and like more than 70% of the community, wich put us in a sadly point of no return, as you said there are no metods to bring the game to more ppl, either to revive the 2008/2009 status, just play this game, enjoy it and wait untill it finally end. Lets go and spam the server list with shit tons of servers so cs2d will automatically get thousands of new players. I play cs2d for 4 years 2013,was good (2014) good but at 2015,player start leaving this game,2016 a lot or a big number of player left this game...I played 3 multiplayer 2d games and now a lot of players are not playing those games(cs2d too) I think cs2d on steam is impsible
But you can use youtube .
I have a lot of games,3d b.m.s, but cs2d is my favorite...
Why are players leaving?
They played this game for a long time and now they can't...
This game will die,at last we can play until this dies @ Shrepard: In my case it is the lack of players as well as nobody plays my favorite gamemodes anymore (except Construction). DDoS attacks also became an annoying thing since 2014.
I don't care if little annoying kids will come to cs2d and fill the servers. I began to play cs2d aswell when I was 11 and was one of them. Now I'm 19. At least I would've another reason to play this game when it's popular again. CS2D can be popular if DC want. His main focus is stranded3.CS2D need a remake in unity because blitzmax is old now. DC should make it 3D with top-down view or 2D but with latest features like lighting protection against DDos etc. But I don't think dc is much interested in Cs2d . he is interested in stranded3. My plan here was to get the old players back, but they seemed busy now, many have jobs and going thru college.
We should get new players and shape them up. Unlike me, playing since '12 but still not getting good.
We should do video footages and hey, maybe that will work out.
Thanks for the opinions tho. @ Xcz: Your 'plan' sounds like kidnapping old players and then bringing new players making them watch 'MLG CS2D Players' banging it out.

Yeah but still that wont work. Ive shared this game on couple of my friends and yeah they got interested quick. Dude men Xcz while i was 13 that was my favorite game... i think its stable with that game... the players i mean't.. its okay whether gain more players or not... the thing is.. how fun you play cs2d...
