das ist mehr oder weniger möglich. man kann die leute nicht wirklich stoppen, aber sie zurücksetzen. vor allem bei spielern mit hohem ping könnte das etwas ruckelig wirken, aber es geht.

der befehl dazu ist cs2d cmd setpos und der passende hook wohl cs2d lua hook move
