!warn Command-
Authority can use !warn <id> <reason> for warn Players

Whenever Authority will warn player so Display This msg. example

[USGN]vmAD~ Warned by [USGN]Shadow Reason# Freevoting.

!kill command-

This command use for Kill Players by Authority Whenever they Break rules.

Like; example
!kill <id> <Reason>

Msg will happen

[USGN] vmAD~ Killed by [USGN] Shadow Reason# Free voting.
If Authority don't add reason, so reason option remove.

!name command-

Authority will use this command whenever Player have a bad name
If he will use This command So bad namer change name to player.

!name <id>

!weapon on/off Command-

!weapon on Command Only will use by Owner.
Whenever command use So Player get weapons every round even he die if he will off it he don't get weapons. please option add for add wepaons

!weapon <id>

!report command-

Players use this command with no restriction, when Players type this command like !report <id> <reason>, So The <reason> message give a all Supporters when he join server.
